====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.
Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 569 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 354-B, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that merely on suspicion and previous enmity, petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case. Both parties were injured and allegations against this petitioner is general and omnibus in nature. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71555 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 569 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
