2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 420, 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that irregularities were found in the implementation of government scheme under the "Gramin Payjal Nischay Yojna" and "Gramin Gali Pakkikaran Yojna".

4. Petitioners were ward secretary at the relevant time. By filing supplementary affidavit, it is stated in paragraph - 2 that the work in question has already been completed by petitioner no. 3 namely Mamta Devi. It is further stated that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33383 of 2023(3) dt.08-08-2023 2/2 similarly situated co-accused persons namely Ashish Yadav and Yogeshwar Paswan have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order dated 23.05.2023 in Cr.Misc. No. 15819 of 2023 and order dated 27.06.2023 in Cr.Misc. No. 21433 of 2023 respectively.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM VI, Patna City, Patna in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 597 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
