JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 4/ 26-06-2018 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the complaint instituted vide Complaint Case No.455 of 2009. A report was called for from the Court below with regard to present stage of the case, which has been received, from which it appears that the Court below after holding enquiry by order dated 15.12.2009 has found prima facie case against the petitioners for the offence under Section(s) 448, 283, 323, 380 Indian Penal Code.

In view of such, the stage of case has changed and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36585 of 2015 (4) dt.26-06-2018 2/2 learned Magistrate after holding enquiry has found prima facie case against the accused persons.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.

The Court below will proceed with the case in accordance with law.
