Sri Manoj Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that incorrect statement, relating to criminal antecedent of the petitioner, has been made in paragraph No. 3 of the bail application due to wrong information given by the pairvikaar of the present case. In such circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present case with a liberty to file a fresh bail application giving the details of the cases in which the present petitioner has been made accused. The above mentioned criminal miscellaneous application is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
