2. The petitioner has challenged the final merit list of Block Teacher Niyojan 2019-20 at Serial No. 210-243 published
Patna High Court CWJC No.9276 of 2022(6) dt.18-09-2024 2/2 by the District Education Officer, Saharsa whereby the Block Panchayat Raj Officer cum Block Teacher Member Selection Committee, Salkhua Block, District-Saharsa has appointed the Block Teachers by issuing Appointment Letter on 25.02.2022 allegedly without following the circular and guidelines of Teacher Recruitment and Service Condition Niyamvali 2012.
3. Since the petitioner has challenged the recruitment of Block Teachers, having regard to the provisions of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 and the decision rendered by this Court in C.W.J.C. 10222 of 2022 in the case of Rani Kumari vs. the State of Bihar and others along with series of connected writ petitions, this writ petition is hereby disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority for redressal of the grievances raised in the present writ petition.
4. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions.
