2. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody in a case registered under Section 64 of the B.N.S. 2023, since 16.12.2024.

3. It appears that earlier prayer for bail of petitioner has been rejected by this Court vide Annexure-I of 27.08.2025.

4. In the present case, the report was called for regarding the stage of the trial vide order dated 13.05.2026. The report has been received.

5. Perused the report regarding the stage of the trial. This Court finds that out of nine witnesses, only two witnesses are remaining to be examined and Court has submitted that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32822 of 2026(3) dt.15-07-2026 2/2 trial would likely be concluded within four months, as per date of 12th June, 2026.

6. In this background, this Court expects the Trial Court shall take whole steps to conclude the trial expeditiously within a period of three months from today.

7. It goes without saying that if the trial is not concluded within the stipulated period of three months, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

8. The Criminal Miscellaneous Application stands disposed of.
