Petitioner seeks bail in Pipra P.S. Case No.69 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 413, 414 Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been falsely implicated in the case. He is man of clean antecedents. In the written report, it is alleged that police got information that petitioner was searching for customer to sell motorcycle near Pipra Naya Chowk. The informant along with other police personnel reached there. The petitioner started running away along with motorcycle, but he was apprehended. Counsel for the petitioner submits that it is unbelievable that a person will search customer for motorcycle

Petitioner is in custody since 15.03.2019.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No.69 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
