JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 16-12-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through virtual court proceedings. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects as pointed out by the office within three weeks of normal functioning of the court, failing which the office is directed to place the matter before the Bench. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 04.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11065 of 2020 for extension of time for furnishing bail bond mentioned in order passed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted bail on 04.03.2020 passed in CR.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33363 of 2020(2) dt.16-12-2020 2/2 MISC. No. 11065 of 2020, subject to deposit of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) in the Juvenile Justice Fund of the State Social Welfare Department by the petitioner, but due to lockdown, the petitioner was deposited Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) in the Juvenile Justice Fund of the State Social Welfare Department within the time directed by this Hon'ble Court (Annexure-1/2 Series).

Considering the same, let the period of surrender of the petitioner be extended by four weeks from today in connection with Chakmehsi P.S. Case No. 197 of 2019 to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Samastipur.

Rest of the condition as stipulated in the order dated 04.03.2020 shall remain as it is.

Accordingly, the modification is allowed.
