2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 14 of 2023, lodged on 21.01.2023 under Sections 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 5 and 6 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention), Act 1956.
3. As per the prosecution case, the allegations of immoral traffic under sections 4, 5 and 6 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention), Act along with cheating are there against 11 named accused persons including the present petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34459 of 2023(2) dt.08-06-2023 2/3 from bare reading of the FIR there is role of Komal Devi @ Komal Kumari who was found in continuance contact with the informant. There is nothing specific against the present petitioner but in one line of the FIR it has come that the petitioner was present with co-accused Komal Devi by virtue of this her name figured in this case. He further submits that the antecedent of the petitioner is clean and he is in custody since 21.01.2023. He further submits that said Komal Devi @ Komal Kumari and other Sachin Sharma and Taslim Ansari have been granted regular bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide orders dated 23.05.2023, 24.05.2023 and 25.05.2023 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.25103 of 2023, Criminal Miscellaneous No.28017 of 2023 and Criminal Miscellaneous No.26890 of 2023 respectively.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Naugachia in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case
