The petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2022 in connection with Gaya Excise Case No. 17 of 2022 registered for offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

There is recovery of 90 litres of foreign liquor from the Honda Car in which the petitioner was sitting. Considering the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 11.01.2022, he shall be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Excise

The petitioner will visit Gaya Excise Court on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
