The present application has been filed for cancellation of bail bond of opposite party Nos. 2 to 7 they were granted privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 16.03.2024 passed in A.B.P.No.379/2024 by learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Madhubani in connection with Complaint Case No. 728 of 2021.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the opposite party Nos.2 to 7 have obtained the privilege of anticipatory bail on 16.03.2024 concealing the fact that the anticipatory bail petition of opposite party Nos.2 to 7 has been rejected by the Patna High Court vide order dated 09.10.2023 passed in Cr.Misc.No.34285/2023. Thereafter, the petitioners have approached before the Hon'ble Apex Court in Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No.14296/2023 and the same was dismissed and the opposite party Nos.2 to 7 have concealed the aforesaid fact and obtained the privilege of anticipatory bail by the learned court below.

4. The petitioner has not approached before the learned Trial Court for cancellation of bail bond of opposite party Nos.2 to 7.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to dispose of the present application with liberty to the petitioner to approach before the learned Trial Court.

6. Prayer is allowed.

7.Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
