Petitioner is accused in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 174 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 380, 354, 435, 504 and 506 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner was rejected by this court vide Cr. Misc. No. 4492 of 2020 on 23.01.2020 with observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Further submission is that in the instant case, charge has already been framed.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32799 of 2020(3) dt.10-03-2021 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 174 of 2019.
