JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/313/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. According to FIR, the informant was in physical relation with son of this petitioner. Later on she married with Sidharth and subsequently differences arose. Considering the fact that the informant was a consenting party to her relationship, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date
