This application, for grant of regular bail, arises out of Sikti Police Station Case No. 67 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

It is alleged that 369 litres of Nepalese Resham Lichi liquor has been recovered from the Santro Car of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 11.04.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

Considering the fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise2, Araria, in connection with Sikti Police Station Case No. 67 of 2023.
