Despite valid service of notice on O.P. No. 2. No one appears on her behalf. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. 305 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 498A and 323 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner is ready to keep the opposite party no. 2 with her full respect and dignity. It is further submitted that petitioner has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

No.29962 of 2019(11) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 well as nature of accusation, in the event his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Banka in connection with Complaint Case No. 305 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
