The application with regard to petitioner no.1 is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

Petitioner no.2 Runa Devi apprehends her arrest in Rajnagar P.S. Case No.197 of 2020 registered under Section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons, namely,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42281 of 2021(2) dt.22-03-2022 2/2 Jeevan Ram and Maghi Ram @ Mahgi Ram have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 27.05.2021 passed in Cr.Misc.No.23506 of 2021. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. I, Madhubani in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No.197 of 2020 corresponding to CRI No.1473 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
