Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, counsel for the State and counsel for Bank through virtual mode. The present writ application has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to pay the gratuity amount along with statutory amount and other panel interest with effect from the date of retirement and further to recalculate the interest of the housing loan which has wrongly been calculated by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8659 of 2022(3) dt.06-01-2023 2/2 Respondent No. 3 to 5 and further to pass any other order to which petitioner is found entitled to. Counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner was retired on 31.12.2014 from the post of Assistant Accountant -cum-In-charge Branch Manager of Sasaram- Bhabua Central Co-operative Bank Ltd. Counsel for petitioner submits that after retirement, he has filed representation by way of legal notice which is Annexure-6 and 7 on which no decision was taken by respondent authorities. In this view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to represent before the Managing Director(Respondent No.4) placing all matters along with copy of the writ petition and order who shall decide the claim of the petitioner within 60 days from the date of receiving all the representation filed by the petitioner and assure the admitted dues within further 30 days. With this direction, this writ application is hereby disposed off.
