The accused/petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No.278 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The accused/petitioner is named in the FIR and is in custody since 25.01.2023.

Allegation against the petitioner is to obtain job of Shiksha Mitra on the basis of false and fabricated intermediate certificate, which after verification, found in the name of one Deep Narayan Ram.

It is submitted by learned counsel that in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35711 of 2023(2) dt.11-07-2023 2/3 furtherance of direction of this Court as passed in C.W.J.C. No.15459 of 2014, the Vigilance Team verified the appointment of different candidates, where petitioner was also one of them and nothing appears doubtful at that point of time against petitioner. It is submitted that the basis of appointment is matriculation certificate, which is genuine in favour of petitioner, whereas due to unknown reasons, which even petitioner is not able to explain her intermediate certificate appears doubtful as alleged. It is submitted that petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent and moreover investigation of this case has been completed for which, charge-sheet has been submitted and, as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence. Learned APP opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

In view of above-mentioned facts and circumstances, as petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent, coupled with the fact that charge-sheet has already submitted, where petitioner is in custody since 25.01.2023, accordingly, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with
