JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-07-2019 It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties that a supplementary show cause on behalf of the opposite party nos. 2 to 4 has already been filed before the registry. The same is not on record.

In the office copy of the supplementary show cause produced by the learned counsel for the opposite parties, it has been stated that the Employees' Provident Fund Office vide letter dated 18.07.2019 has reported that final payment of provident fund amount of Rs.6572/- has been paid to the petitioner. It is further stated that the pension of the petitioner

Patna High Court MJC No.1465 of 2017(12) dt.24-07-2019 2/2 has been revised. The Pension Payment Order annexed as Annexure-M to the said show cause reflects that the petitioner's pension has been revised to Rs.4480/-.

Keeping in mind the statements made in the aforesaid supplementary show cause, the instant application for initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for their willful and deliberate violation of the order dated 04.02.2017 passed in CWJC No. 13016 of 2014 is disposed of as the order passed by the Court has already been complied with.
