Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 187 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let

No.29974 of 2019(2) dt.13-05-2019 2/2 the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge IX-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Chapra, Saran in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 187 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
