The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Amarpur P.S. Case No. 446 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case in brief is that on 06.09.2019 at about 7.00 pm, while the daughter of informant was coming to her home, on the way, this petitioner caught her hand and molested her.

It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. FIR has been lodged after ten days of the alleged occurrence. Petitioner is son-in-law of the village. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid and gravity of offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
