In this application under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. the petitioner has challenged the order of cognizance dated 02.01.2015 passed in Jehanabad (Mahila) P. S. Case No.13 of 2013 whereby cognizance has been taken against the petitioner for offences under Sections 304(B) and 120(B) of I.P.C. as well as under Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, after differing with the final report submitted by the police under Section 173 Cr.P.C.
During pendency of this application, the petition of the petitioner for discharge was also rejected by the learned trial Court in Sessions Trial No.56 of 2016 arising out of Jehanabad
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22647 of 2015(5) dt.05-12-2019 2/2 Mahila P. S. Case No.13 of 2013 by order dated 15.11.2017. The order dated 15.11.2017 has been challenged in Cr. Misc. No.579 of 2018 which is pending for consideration.
Hence, this application stands dismissed as infructuous.
