The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this writ application is being filed in nature of certiorari for quashing the letter bearing Memo No.494 dated 13.03.2021 Issued under signature of Block Development Officer, Mehsi, East Champran, Motihari by which directed to the petitioner to deposit the Rs.46,94,112.95 in the Block Nazarat

Patna High Court CWJC No.13389 of 2021(2) dt.30-11-2023 2/3 without asking any show cause to the petitioner, whenever as per letter bearing Memo No.814 dated 07.08.2019 issued by Respondent B.D.O. Mehsi by which admitted that petitioner has already submitted Abhishrav amount of Rs.1,93,81,469/- and further directed to the petitioner to submit remaining amount of Abhishrav worth of Rs. 11,87,794/- to the present Nazir, whenever petitioner has already been handed over the list of Abhishrav worth of Rs.9,29,901/-out of the Rs. 11,87,794/ and the rest of the petitioner having voucher, which was submitted before the B.D.O for signature in Abhishrav and further give other legal consequential benefits."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the District Magistrate, East

Patna High Court CWJC No.13389 of 2021(2) dt.30-11-2023 3/3 Champaran at Motihari by filing appropriate representation, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
