2. The dispute in all the writ petitions is basically with regard to the apportionment of the compensation amount between the family members of the deceased Naresh Prasad Mahto @ Naresh Mahto.

3. The parties have alternative remedy that they may move the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority under Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

4. If such an application is filed within thirty days from today before the Authority, the same shall be decided within a

6/6 period of six months from the date of its filling. Limitation in filing the application shall be condoned.
