Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise Case No. 250 of 2020, registered under Section 30(a) and 47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. The accusation is that on search of house of Mohan Thakur in village - Amawangaon,

No.31701 of 2020(2) dt.03-12-2020 2/2 cartons, each containing 48 bottle of 180 ML Indian made foreign liquor recovered, where Anil Yadav (Petitioner), who is tenant in the same house, was apprehended, who disclosed the name of Rupesh Kumar Yadav, who succeeded to flee away.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.07.2020.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-VII-cumSpecial Judge, Excise, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Excise Case No. 250 of 2020.
