The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 609 of 2016 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused person has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 5432 of 2018 on 01.02.2018.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42287 of 2021(2) dt.22-03-2022 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 609 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
