The petitioner has been arrested in Sessions Trial No. 421 of 2014 arising out of Surajpura P.S. Case No. 105 of 2013 registered under Sections, 307 and 302 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

It is allegation that petitioner has assaulted the informant by lathi and Farsa by which he received head injury. Injury report shows that there is injury on the scull of the informant. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is hereby rejected. However, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of the charge. m.p.
