ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody since 9.6.2014 in Lakhisarai P.S. Case No.272 of 2010 for the offence under Sections 363, 365, 34 of the I.P.C.
The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other 4-5 persons abducted the victim Mohan Murari and compelled him to marry with one daughter of late Tuntun Singh. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been falsely implicated in this case and he has nothing to do with the said occurrence.
Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and also the fact that the boy has already been recovered and that

No.40453 of 2014 (3) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 the petitioner has got no concern with the family of the girl or that of the victim boy, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Lakhisarai in Lakhisarai P.S.
