The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 240 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 147, 341, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a lady and she has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts that petitioner is a lady and she has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
