JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 10-01-2020 Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the objection petition which has been filed by her before the District Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah as also the Commissioner, Muzaffarpur has not been acted upon. He further submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if on filing of fresh objection petition before the District Magistrate, West Champaran, he be directed to dispose of such objection petition by a reasoned order.
