2. The accused/petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with G.R. No. 617 of 2025 arising out of Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 109 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is to obtain the service of Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged certificate/document.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the

No.33425 of 2025(2) dt.22-05-2025 2/3 petitioner that at the time of his joining, the document/certificate of the petitioner was verified and same was found genuine but later on, for the reason best known to department, the petitioner was terminated from the service. It is submitted that relying upon all such documents, petitioner challenged his termination and, therefore, matter is pending before this Court as C.W.J.C. No. 11,667 of 2025 (Token number). It is submitted that the petitioner would resign from service subject to the outcome of the aforesaid writ petition. Petitioner said to be a man of clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP opposed the prayer of bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and by taking note of fact as alleged forged documents was challenged before this Court through aforesaid writ petition, as discussed above, coupled with the fact that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent, accordingly, above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial Court, within a period of four weeks of the order, is directed to be released on bail furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Madhubani/concerned Court, where the case is pending in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33425 of 2025(2) dt.22-05-2025 3/3 connection with G.R. No. 617 of 2025 arising out of Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 109 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
