The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Punaura P.S. Case No. 36/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

The petitioner is the father of one Ram Bhajan Sah who is alleged to have fled away with a minor girl. Ram Bhajan Sah is the main accused of the case and he has been acquitted by the trial judge in POCSO Trial No. 916 of 2021. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, VI, Sitamarhi, in connection with Punaura P.S. Case No. 36/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
