====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-12-2018 Heard Sri Pankaj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner. None appeared on behalf of the State. The sole petitioner, who has been arrayed as one of the accused in F.I.R. vide Rahui (Bhaganbigha) P.S. Case No.167 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 394, 411 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though F.I.R. was lodged with specific accusation against the petitioner for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code, subsequently dispute has been settled in between the parties.
Moreover, since the petitioner has been arrayed as
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71899 of 2018(2) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 accused with specific accusation, there is no reason to entertain the prayer for anticipatory bail.
