The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 326, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that the petitioner and other accused persons have shot fire at the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in

Case No. 154 of 2021 against the informant's side at earlier point of time. Hence, in order to put pressure, this false case has been registered against the petitioner. The main allegation of making fire upon the informant is against co-accused Arshaduddin. Moreover good sense has prevailed between the parties and a joint compromise petition has been filed before learned Court below, a copy of which has been annexed as Annexure-5 of the petition. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial
