This Criminal Revision is directed against the order dated 25.02.2015 passed in Complaint Case No. 3038 of 2013, whereby and whereunder, the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Patna, rejected the application dated 16.09.2014 of the accusedpetitioner for discharge for the offence under Sections 420, 406 and 384 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. On perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Patna, rejected the application dated 16.09.2014 arriving at conclusion that there is
