JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-12-2020 The office has pointed out several defects to which learned counsel for the petitioner assures that he shall remove the defects within four weeks from the date when Court starts physical function.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State through video conferencing.

Petitioner is in custody since 12.06.2019 and seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.96 of 2020 arising out of Bikram P. S. Case No.179 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 385, 387, 302/ 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner happens to be main assailant and also does

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31964 of 2020(4) dt.15-12-2020 2/2 have criminal antecedent of several cases, therefore, I am not inclined to release him on bail.

Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. Since the petitioner claims himself to be juvenile, the petitioner may approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance.
