2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation in the FIR is that the petitioner had procured employment as a Panchayat teacher on the basis of fake and forged marksheet and certificates.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as a matter of fact that these certificates are genuine and had not been manipulated with. However, it has further been submitted by way of supplementary affidavit that the petitioner had been

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32448 of 2025(4) dt.08-07-2025 2/2 terminated from service vide order dated 28.05.2025, which has been brought on record by way of Annexure-2 to the petition. It has also been submitted that the said order has also been challenged by the petitioner in the writ jurisdiction. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

5. The learned counsel for the vigilance has opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within a period of four weeks from today the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/ successor court in Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 108 of 2025 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
