JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 24-01-2019 Having regard to the judgment of Apex Court in 2006 (1) SC 613, the Court is not inclined to enlarge the scope of contempt jurisdiction. Since the order of writ jurisdiction he confined to taking decision on the name of the petitioner for payment of legal dues and the opposite parties have taken decision the legality and validity of that decision will be examined in appropriate proceeding, the Court does not find justification to exercise the contempt jurisdiction. Accordingly, the present proceeding is dropped, the present application stands disposed of with liberty to challenge the order passed in compliance of the direction issued by this Court in appropriate proceeding.
