Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 273 of 2018 for the offence under sections 414 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a student of intermediate residing in Uttar Pradesh. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the seizure of motorcycle shown in the instant case is contrary to law.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is a student of intermediate, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of
