Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 406/420 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the prosecution case the petitioner is alleged to have taken Rs. 500000/- from the informant for providing him employment in the Indian Railways. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no chit of paper to show that the petitioner received money from the informant. From the possession of the petitioner one talky was recovered. Petitioner is in jail since 01.06.2014 Having considered the fact that there is not chit of paper to show that the petitioner received any money from the

Ist Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in Baligaon P.S. Case No. 44 of 2014.
