2. With the consent of both the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the reliefs claimed for in the present writ application, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8776 of 2025(2) dt.11-07-2025 2/3 petitioner is prepared to file a detailed representation before the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna within a week from the date of passing of this order. Learned counsel for the petitioner further prays that an appropriate direction be issued by this Court to the the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna to dispose of the said representation on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a fixed time frame by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

4. The aforesaid prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

5. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna within one week from the date of passing of this order. If such a representation is filed, the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna is directed to dispose of the same on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, by passing a reasoned and speaking order. The entire exercise must be completed by
