JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-07-2018 The only issue which had remained to be sorted out, pursuant to the initiation of the present contempt petition proceedings, is that the petitioner had not been given the pay scale of Rs.6500-10500/- w.e.f. 09.08.1999.
The opposite parties have filed a show cause on 23.07.2018 wherein in paragraph no.4 they have come out with a fresh fixation of the pay scale and it has been submitted that 100% outstanding amount has also been paid vide various cheques of the year 2018.
In view of the aforesaid, this Court finds that there is
Patna High Court MJC No.1242 of 2015 (11) dt.30-07-2018 2/2 no need to proceed with the present case, hence the present contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to agitate his grievance by way of appropriate proceeding in case the same still exists.
