JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 01-08-2018 Learned counsel for the State today informed this Court that he has oral instruction that during the pendency of this writ application, about six months back, samples of all the three concerned parties have already been collected by the Forensic Science Laboratory, Patna.

In this view of the matter, the writ application has become infructuous as the prayer of the petitioner was to direct the respondent nos. 3 to 5 to make necessary arrangement for DNA test which has now already been done. The Forensic Science Laboratory, Patna is expected to make available necessary report to the Investigating Officer of the case as early
