2. Heard Mr. Rakesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Md. Arif, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (APP) for the State.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the application as the petitioner has been released under the provision of Section 167(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

4. In view thereof, as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioner, the application stands disposed off as withdrawn.
