JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-09-2019 Perused the counter affidavit as also the supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 2 and 5 today, from which it appears that all the retiral dues of the petitioner has stood paid and despite time being given on 18.09.2019 to the petitioner to verify the same, no objection has been raised till date on behalf of the petitioner. As far as the grant of the benefits of A.C.P. is concerned, it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent State that the meeting of the Establishment Committee has been fixed on 24.09.2019 and after decision of the Establishment Committee, the respondent Circle Officer

Patna High Court CWJC No.2578 of 2017(7) dt.26-09-2019 2/2 will do the needful.
