The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act in connection with Sessions Trial No.844 of 2018, arising out of Daudpur P.S. Case No. 121 of 2017.
The report of the trial Judge dated 03.02.2021 reveals that the trial is at the verge of conclusion. The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within six months, failing which the petitioner would be at liberty to renew the pray for bail.
Since the petitioner is the main assailant of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32762 of 2020(3) dt.24-02-2021 2/2 husband of the informant, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail is refused. (Birendra Kumar, J) Mkr./- U T
