The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 414 of 2017 for offences under Sections 363/365 of the Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The victim boy in his statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. named the father of the petitioner and brother of the petitioner as assailants and he has not disclosed the name of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71185 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Shikarpur P. S. Case No. 414 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
