2. This is 3rd attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail. On last occasion i.e. vide order dated 15.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2046 of 2023, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during trial altogether six witnesses have been examined till now. None of the witnesses have supported the prosecution case. P.W. 1 is wife of the deceased, P.W. 5 is the informant and brother of the deceased. They have also not supported the prosecution case and had deposed that they have not seen the assailants. The petitioner is in custody since 02.08.2021.

4. Considering the deposition of the informant (wife of deceased), period of custody and tardy progress of trial, let
