3. Upon hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and going through the averments made in the application, the Court finds that sufficient ground has been shown to indicate that there was no deliberate or willful laches on the part of learned counsel for the petitioner for his non appearance on 06.11.2017, which resulted in dismissal of the writ petition.
