JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-12-2018 The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Khagaria (Gangaur) P.S. Case No. 488 of 2018 dated 16.07.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 324, 325, 380, 354, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are said to have assaulted and injured the informant and her son viz. Md. Chand but the whole occurrence arose out of a dispute over land. The aforesaid Md. Chand and the informant have received only

Regard being had to the background facts of the case, the land dispute and the injuries inflicted having been opined to be simple in nature, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Gangaur) P.S. Case No. 488 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
